My name is Laura Gnewuch.  I was  a student at the National Personal Training Institute.    After being laid off from the technology world  4 years ago, I knew what I didn’t want to do anymore…no longer did I want to sit at a desk!   I longed to make a difference in the lives of others and how was I going to do that?   I went an visited NPTI and fell in love immediately.  I knew this is the career where I can be myself, an energized lady with the love of fitness and life.  Being in school was life changing for me.   We learned anatomy, physiology, nutrition, diseases, special populations and the practical side to training.  I absolutely loved my instructor and the school curriculum.  In July 2011,  I officially became a personal trainer and make a difference in the lives of others…”where they will feel FIT and ALIVE!”  I began Bella Vie Fitness in May 2012 after a short stint in a large gym.  Now, I not only teach fitness, but cooking, art, sports to populations ranging from ages 3-103.  I even teach the special needs population.

  1. Hello Laura,

My name is Lexi and we are planning our Wellness Program for 2016-2017. We wondered if you would be available to teach a class about basic exercises and their proper form such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc. as well as proper stretching technique. This would be for a group of about 35 professionals during their lunch break. We are looking to do this in September and are flexible on the date.

We are looking forward to hearing from you,

    Lexi

    1. Hi Lexi, I’m possibly able to teach…what’s your company? where is it located? Ages? Would it be in a company gym? I already teach some workdays, but am available others.
